Return Policy
At Dominic & Dempsey, everything we design is curated to be special and timeless. Our aim is for you to be completely, utterly satisfied with your choices, so we will always endeavor to put your decisions and desires first.
If for any reason you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery. If you wish to return something due to ‘change of mind’ outside of this timeframe, please note, this will be at Dominic & Dempsey’s discretion.
Returning your items
If you are located within the US and wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please reply to your order confirmation email, or send us an email within 14 days of confirmed delivery and we will be happy to assist you with the process.
Please be assured that we will always work to provide a replacement, if requested, or issue a shop credit or refund where applicable.
Your shoes must be returned with the original shoebox, however the shoebox must not be used as the shipping box, we suggest you return your purchase in the shipping box that it was delivered to you in. Returns that are sent back using the shoebox as the shipping box will not be accepted. Please be advised that if items are damaged in transit, their return may be refused.
All shoes must be returned unworn and in the pristine condition in which they were received.
All return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your confirmed delivery, and we strongly urge the use of trackable shipping methods.
Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days to the payment method used during checkout, and should be visible in your account within 14 days.
International returns & exchanges
We are happy to accept international returns, however we are only able to offer a shop credit or a full refund where applicable. Due to shipment costs and processing times, we are unable to offer exchanges. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case that the original item received was damaged. Please contact us to start your return.
Sale items
Sale items are not eligible to be returned, except in the case that they are faulty or damaged.
