Returns & Shipping
At Dominic & Dempsey, everything we design is curated to be special and timeless. Our aim is for you to be completely, utterly satisfied with your choices, so we will always endeavor to put your decisions and desires first.
If for any reason you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery. If you wish to return something due to ‘change of mind’ outside of this timeframe, please note, this will be at Dominic & Dempsey’s discretion.
Returning your items
If you are located within the US and wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please reply to your order confirmation email, or send us an email within 14 days of confirmed delivery and we will be happy to assist you with the process.
Please be assured that we will always work to provide a replacement, if requested, or issue a shop credit or refund where applicable.
Your shoes must be returned with the original shoebox, however the shoebox must not be used as the shipping box, we suggest you return your purchase in the shipping box that it was delivered to you in. Returns that are sent back using the shoebox as the shipping box will not be accepted. Please be advised that if items are damaged in transit, their return may be refused.
All shoes must be returned unworn and in the pristine condition in which they were received.
All return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your confirmed delivery, and we strongly urge the use of trackable shipping methods.
Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 days to the payment method used during checkout, and should be visible in your account within 14 days.
International returns & exchanges
We are happy to accept international returns, however we are only able to offer a shop credit or a full refund where applicable. Due to shipment costs and processing times, we are unable to offer exchanges. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case that the original item received was damaged. Please contact us to start your return.
Sale items are not eligible to be returned, except in the case that they are faulty or damaged.
We understand and appreciate just how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible, therefore we endeavour to process all orders with an incredibly high level of urgency.
All orders placed on our website will be dispatched from our warehouse in Austin, TX. We ship orders domestically, as well as the following international countries:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Orders placed through our website will be shipped from the US and invoiced in US Dollars (USD). Carriers and shipping fees may vary depending on the service chosen and the shipping destination.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders placed outside of the United States will be subject to customs or import fees. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the recipient once the parcel reaches its destination. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and we unfortunately do not have control over them. You can contact your local customs office for more information.
If you refuse a shipment from Dominic & Dempsey, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Dominic & Dempsey. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Times
For all orders over $100 USD, we offer free standard shipping. Your order will generally arrive between 5-8 business days.
Expedited domestic shipping is a flat rate of $9.90 and normally arrives within 2-3 business days.
We ship internationally to the following countries - Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. We generally ship internationally using DHL, FedEx or UPS. There may be occasions where your item is shipped via USPS. Depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout, your item will generally arrive within 3, 5 or 10 business days.
** Please note, orders to Australia are experiencing higher than usual delays, please allow for additional time for your order to arrive (in some cases, up to 6 weeks).
Eventually, we will ship worldwide, however right now we are limiting our services to the above mentioned countries, and apologize for any inconvenience.
